- By entering the competition all participants agree to be bound by the Competition Terms and Conditions.

- The following persons are excluded from this competition and may not participate –
a director, member, partner, employee or agent of, or consultant to Hideaways, or any other person who directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by the Promoters; and a supplier of goods or services in connection with this competition; and the spouses, life partners, business partners or immediate family members of the parties referred. - Accommodation is based on sharing a twin/double room and is subject to availability.
- The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
- You must obtain and possess, at your cost and expense, whatever documents and permissions that may be required in order to accept and use the prize, and which documents and permissions must remain valid in such minimum form and for such minimum period after the prize date as may be required by the relevant authorities.
- Hideaways reserve the right to cancel this competition, or to change the rules at our discretion or to change the prize at any time by publishing such decisions on the Hideaways website.
- Hideaways reserve the right to amend the validity dates of this competition at any time.
- To enter the competition a question must be answered and submitted via the online competition form on the competition page.
- By entering this competition, you agree to be contacted via the relevant Facebook Page and/or by means of e-mail or telephone.
- Winners will be announced on Facebook and will be contacted by a representative of Hideaways.
- Proof of identity will be required to receive the prize.
- The competition winner will have 5 (five) working days to claim acceptance of his/her prize and the receipt thereof will be subject to age verification. Upon failure to do so, Hideaways reserve the right to draw a new winner in accordance with the terms stipulated herein.
- It is your responsibility to provide accurate and truthful information on the competition entry form. If you are selected as a winner but, despite reasonable efforts, Hideaways is unable to reach you based on the information that you provided on the entry form, within 7 (seven) days from the day the winner is drawn, Hideaways reserves the right to draw a new winner.
- The decision of Hideaways is final and Hideaways shall not enter into any correspondence about the result.
- Hideaways reserves the right to publish the name(s), photograph(s) and/or associated information submitted by the entrant(s).
- By providing a submission, you grant Hideaways and its sponsors the right, except where prohibited by law, to use your name for competition purposes in promoting or publicising the competition, including the right to name the winner(s) of the prize in public.
- The winner hereby agrees to allow Hideaways, to require the winner (at no fee) to be identified and a photograph/s taken and published on social media, or other channels when accepting their prize.
- Details of the winner may be announced on the Hideaways website and social media platforms and any other media properties that it chooses. Hideaways, acting reasonably, retain the right to delay the timing of the publication of the winner of the competition.
- Hideaways reserve the right to communicate with you at any given time during and after the campaign and you may opt out or de-register at any time.
- All entrants and winners indemnify Hideaways, its advertising agency, advisers, suppliers, and nominated agents against any and all claims, damages or loss howsoever arising, including but not limited to wilful misconduct or negligent act or omission arising from their participation in this competition.
- Hideaways cannot accept any responsibility for entries not received because they have been lost, or not received due to interrupted internet connections or miscommunications, or other electronic malfunctions.
- If you enter into this competition, you agree not to hold Hideaways or any associated parties of Hideaways liable for any loss or injury you may suffer as a result of entering into this competition.
